This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Music Mind (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use it. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information.

• Usage & device data (automatic): through Google Firebase we may collect anonymous analytics such as app opens, in-game events, session length, app version, device model, operating system version, and approximate region. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve it.
• Diagnostics: basic crash and performance data to keep the App stable.
• Remote configuration: the App fetches configuration values from Firebase Remote Config to control features and content.
• Camera / photos (optional): the App may request access to your camera or photo gallery only if you choose to upload an image within in-app content. Selected images are used solely for that action and are not collected or stored by us.
• Local game data: your high scores and personalization settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain and improve the App.
• To analyze usage trends and measure performance.
• To diagnose crashes and fix technical issues.
• To deliver feature and content configuration.

3. Advertising Identifier

The App does not use the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and does not serve personalized advertising based on it.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on Google Firebase and Google Play services to provide analytics, crash reporting and remote configuration. Their handling of data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above to the extent necessary for them to provide their services, or where required by law.

6. Data Retention

Aggregated and anonymous analytics data is retained by our analytics provider in accordance with their standard retention periods. Game data stored on your device remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete data relating to you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
